She personally cultivated relationships with more than 100 Fortune 500 organizations, made the deliberate choice to keep Merrimak independent and free from outside investor influence, developed the creative lease structures that remain the foundation of Merrimak's model today, and pioneered the fleet management capabilities that have become a defining pillar of Merrimak's service offering.

Jack Kariotis joined Merrimak in 2021 and has been instrumental in transforming the company's infrastructure, implementing AI across operations, and building the team and culture that will carry Merrimak's next chapter. His technical vision and process discipline have driven the deployment of AI tools across the business and the development of Merrimak's operational systems. A skilled relationship builder with strong instincts for account development, Jack has taken foundational opportunities and grown them into thriving programs that expand Merrimak's reach and deepen its value to clients.

Eddie Pun has been the financial backbone of Merrimak Capital Company for 20 years, bringing a depth of expertise in lease accounting that is virtually unmatched in the industry. His command of the technical and regulatory complexities of equipment leasing ensures that every transaction is structured with precision, every client relationship is protected, and Merrimak's financial integrity remains beyond question. Eddie is the quiet force behind the numbers that make Merrimak run.

Jeanne Gorham is the operational heartbeat of Merrimak's client experience. She personally manages follow through on every active deal, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks from execution to final disposition. Her discipline, consistency, and genuine care for each client relationship are what keep Merrimak's promise of service excellence from being just words on a page.

Lance Meyer brings decades of deep expertise in material handling equipment to his role overseeing Merrimak's asset management operations. A trusted advisor to Merrimak's existing client base, Lance works closely with customers to optimize their active fleets, maximize equipment utilization, and manage assets at end of life through Merrimak's remarketing platform. He was instrumental in spearheading Merrimak's fleet management capabilities, a program now being further elevated through technology and AI.

Michael Kariotis had the vision to create an independent, customer-first equipment finance company. Starting with asset resale, he built the platform that Merrimak would grow into. He developed the pricing framework that made it possible for Merrimak to compete and win in the enterprise market, starting with the guidelines he built around Merrimak's earliest major material handling equipment opportunities.
