Why it matters

EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year program recognizes leaders who demonstrate entrepreneurial vision, leadership, and the ability to build enduring organizations. Mary Kariotis was named a finalist in recognition of her leadership of Merrimak. The honor reflects her role in shaping an independent equipment lifecycle management business that combines customer focus, financial discipline, and long-term value creation.
